STAPLES ...... I need to share this as I have never had such a positive experience in a store in my life as the other day. I took my 2 laptops in as they weren't working properly and was prepared that I may have to surrender them for an expensive diagnostic, and then may loose important files, and in the end they would be sent away for repairs for an unknown amount of time. This has been my experience in other stores. Well all of November there are FREE DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES !!!! The two tech guys figured out the problem, fixed it , helped me with some tech barriers I couldn't figure out and were so polite and caring while they did it ..... I was surprised and very impressed. BRIDGEWATER STAPLES ....YOU ROCK !!!!!! Thank you for an extremely positive customer service experience.
